ISO 9001 certification FAQs
Validity of ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
ISO 9001:2015 certificate is valid for up to 3 years. During the validity period of the certificate, it is necessary to surveillance audit periodically at least 02 times with a frequency of every 12 months. At the end of this period, CGLOBAL-KH will conduct a reassessment to reissue the same certificate as the first audit.
How long does it take from full documentation to certificate?
Enterprises need to be consulted or establish their own, apply the management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 then send the certification application to CGLOBAL-KH. The time for issuance of the Certificate is based on the time of the end of the official assessment and the customer provides sufficient corrective evidence (if there is an inconsistency in the assessment process). The time for certification is usually 10 to 20 days from the time the formal assessment at the business ends (however, it depends on the customer providing sufficient evidence to correct the nonconformity if any).
